Ordering Options And Return Policy
We accept orders either via our website or by telephone. For orders placed via our website, a confirmation of your order will be emailed to you within a few hours of receipt of your order. Orders placed via phone will be confirmed with you directly at the time you place your order. Online orders that do not exceed $150.00 per order will incur an additional charge of $15.00 per order.

All Bargain Blinds products are custom manufactured to your specifications. Please be sure that you have taken the proper measurements as your blinds are not returnable for any reason except due to damage during shipment and warranty repair. All returns require an RMA (return authorization number). Our customer service department will assist you with obtaining an RMA number and instructions on returns. In the unlikely event of an incomplete order or incorrect order we will notify you immediately by email or telephone to make corrections, which may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards as payment. In addition, we accept PayPal payments, which will allow you to pay via all accepted PayPal methods. Making a payment via PayPal is quick, easy, and completely secure. We will also accept checks sent to us on orders placed via phone. We do require your personal checks to clear prior to the manufacturing and shipment of your order. If you are in a rush and wish to pay with a check, we strongly suggest paying with a cashiers check or money order, as this will not cause a delay in the processing of your order. We do not accept COD orders.

Order Changes And Cancellations
All Bargain Blinds products are custom manufactured to your specifications. Production on new orders routinely starts within 24 hours of receiving your order. In the event you need to change or cancel your order, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, an order may not be cancelled or changed if it is already in production. We encourage you to contact us immediately via phone if you need to change or cancel an order.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Bargain Blinds warrants to the original purchaser that the products manufactured by Bargain Blinds Online are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and as long as the product remains in the original window. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. Certain item / size combinations are not covered by this warranty. Production and Shipping Times
Most of our products are manufactured in 5-7 working days. Wood blinds currently take 12 working days to produce due to large product demand, staining and painting the wood and manufacturing. 

If you have ordered multiple products and they are completed at different times, they will each be shipped separately. Each type of product is shipped separately which means that you may receive them at different times. Depending on the size of your products, we may ship by common carrier (trucking lines), and this type of carrier takes longer, and extends the time frame several days.

Shipping Policy
All products are automatically ground shipped, arriving at your location within 2-3 weeks. If you need to have your products by a certain date, please consider contacting us via phone and requesting special handling, which can be arranged at an additional cost. 

The majority of our products will be shipped via UPS. However, items that exceed size restrictions by UPS (items that exceed 96" in width) will be sent by common carrier for an additional flat fee of $95 per order shipped.

Inspection of Merchandise
Please inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it from us and notify Bargain Blinds Online immediately via phone at 877.727.0707 if there is a problem with the merchandise, or if it has been damaged in shipment. Online Colors Disclaimer
Due to differences in screen rendering, some colors displayed may not be an exact match of actual product. The colors displayed on our website should be considered close representations of actual product colors only. We guarantee colors only if you ordered samples prior to placing your order. Real Wood Colors may vary slightly due to inherent variances and properties associated with real wood. Additionally, stained colors may vary due to the wood grain and the way it accepts the stain. Please be aware that dye lots vary as well. For this reason we recommend that real wood blinds in natural wood finishes all be ordered at the same time to insure good match..
